As a librarian, I assist my library patrons with Reader Advisory, Computer Assistance, Research, and other individualized inquiries. I thoughtfully plan and deliver engaging Storytimes for various audiences from babies to pre-k children. I provide one-on-one Tutoring for Adult Literacy learners. Working with our team of library professionals, we plan, execute, and evaluate compelling Programs and Services throughout the year, and provide excellent community outreach across our area. I design Displays, Scavenger Hunts, and Read Alike Documents to generate increased circulation and additional engagement with the library and it's collection.
I provided engaging check-in and check-out experiences for Patrons, both in-person and remotely. I did reader advisory, locating within our branch, if possible, and advising on interlibrary holds and loaning where necessary. I ensured the integrity of the physical collection by carefully shelving and maintaining the stacks. I provided proactive support for an ongoing series of Programming for Adults and Children and produced vibrant displays to highlight and emphasize library focus months/incentives.
I provided exceptional customer service opportunities for high-end leather products and elite designers in the Hospitality, Aviation, Marine, and Automotive industries, focusing on satisfaction and retention. I facilitated sale processing and fulfillment for a worldwide customer base and sales team. I coordinated a complex network of interior and exterior support partners. I managed production and fulfillment projects to enable swift engagement with customer needs.
I conceptualized and executed marketing videos designed to deliver complex concepts in a digestible format for the Financial Services Industry. I designed custom elements for infographics, logos, and animated features.
I provided critical support for a company-wide office relocation project, by managing move documents, space planning recommendations, departmental space requirements, and design change requests during build-out and execution. I served as support for the customization and integration of Salesforce CRM, including education and training for Sales Teams and support staff.
